Among Japanese kitchen knives, Sakai knives are particularly highly acclaimed by professional chefs worldwide, and current demand far exceeds the total production capacity of the Sakai knife industry. Consequently, even local retailers in Sakai struggle to secure stock; due to constant backorders, it is not uncommon for wait times for specific knife models to reach up to two years.

While other stores typically require a six-month lead time for these globally sought-after Sakai knives, we anticipate being able to deliver them within a shortened timeframe of approximately two to six months.
